NEARLY 2' X 3'!

 FEB.27, 1981

TIMES SQUARE NY
 PANDEMONIUM IN

 THE STREETS!!!
Chaos broke out in the streets, and fans stood on line for more than ten hours trying to get into then New York's hottest bill: The return of Wendy O. Williams and the Plasmatics to New York City from their headline-making world tour. Banned in London, riots in Zurich, busted in Cleveland, busted, beaten, hospitalized and jailed in Milwaukee, and out on bail, the welcome was timultuous and the show, put on to raise funds for the mounting legal bills, as usual, was extreme. Among other things (the expected ritualistic sledghammering of TVs and the chainsawing of guitars) the band blew up a white Mercedes-Benz on stage.
